PREFERRED TREATMENT   PS increases system reliability, but should you need emergency service, PS entitles you to preferential treatment.             

PRICE PROTECTION Your agreement price cannot be raised during the effective dates.  If you need any parts you will be charge the preferred rate which is a discount of 10%.
